Are all of the properties in the compound yours?

Yes, all 3 bungalows in the compound are owned by Mabel & Jelly.

The houses are too expensive for my budget, can you reduce it for me?

We cannot reduce the price any further, as these rates cover the bills as well as cleaning fees (For Transient & Short Stays). If this does not fit your budget, we kindly suggest looking elsewhere.

Does the property have parking?

No, so please let us know upon booking and we will guide you on where to park. It can however accommodate motorbikes just not cars.

How do I book?

On the pricing section of this website, you will find a contact form. Please fill it out with the type of stay you are interested in (Transient, Short Stay, or Long-Term), the number of days you plan to stay and the specific dates of your stay.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is 2pm unless previously arranged during booking and check-out time is 11am.

Can I bring an extra guest with me to the property?

For Casa 2, the maximum occupancy is 4 people, as it has 2 bedrooms. If you would like to bring an additional guest, there will be an extra charge of 500 PHP per night for a mattress. In Casa 3, the maximum occupancy is 3 people due to having only 1 bedroom, but it does include a sofa bed in the living room.

What happens if we accidentally break something in the house or lose the keys?

In this situation, the guest will not receive their deposit back to cover the costs of the damages or losses. Please inform Eloisa or the cleaner as soon as possible so that necessary actions can be taken.

I have reserved one of the casa’s for long-stay, I put in the deposit and 1-month advance but now I have changed my mind. What happens now?

If you have already paid a one-month deposit and one month’s advance rent, please inform us at least one week before the agreed move-in date to receive both the deposit and advance back. However, if you do not provide at least one week’s notice, you will forfeit the deposit and will only receive a refund for the one month’s advance rent. This policy is in place due to previous instances where guests cancelled just two days before moving in, which resulted in wasted time and lost income.

What do I need to provide upon booking?

Upon booking you will be asked for your ID along with the deposit payment in cash.

Do the casa’s have everything I need for my stay?

Casa 2 and Casa 3 are fully furnished, perfect for your self-catering stay!
