Good for 4 people.
For Short Stays- 3000php per night (Bills + Cleaning Fee Included).
For long-term rentals- 14,000php per month (Bills Not Included).
A 1-month advance and 1-month deposit is required for long-term rentals.
The 1-month deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if any items in the house are damaged by guests, missing or if they change their mind last minute. A week’s notice must be given.
